Near East University Hospital is an affiliated institution of the Middle East University, the largest university in Cyprus, which is located in Nicosia, the capital of North Cyprus. Northern Cyprus is known as a paradise for its unique cultural, historical heritage and natural beauty that inspired famous artists and writers such as Shakespeare and Leonardo da Vinci.
About 27,000 students from 102 countries of the world study at the Middle East University. The University was founded in 1988 and has 16 faculties. This is the only university on the island, in which has medical, dental, pharmaceutical faculties and faculty of medical sciences.
The Near East University Hospital is also an educational and research hospital with developed infrastructure since its inception in 2010. It is the first and the unique private university hospital in Cyprus. Designed and built with a future-oriented structure, state of the art equipped, using the most advanced medical technologies, it offers a wide range of medical services with a highly qualified staff for patients from all over the world.

The Middle Near East University Education and Research Hospital was designed as a patient-oriented facility that meets international standards, as well as the criteria of Joint Commission International (JCI) to be recognized as a world class health center and offer better treatment and other related services.
The hospital complex of the Near East University has more than 56,000 square meters indoor area and includes 209 single treatment rooms, 8 operating rooms, an intensive care unit for 30 beds, an intensive care unit for newborns for 17 beds, modern laboratories that carry a wide range of medical and experimental research, ultramodern diagnostic visualization center, fully equipped surgical department for performing operations in neurosurgery, microsurgery and cardiovascular surgery, a dental clinic and the most advanced radiotherapy center in Eastern Mediterranean region, equipped with Rapid ArcTechnology.
Regardless of the emerging needs, the Center for International Patients provides total assistance and support to people coming from abroad. This center organizes all kinds of coordination in accordance with the medical and social needs of foreign citizens and their satellites, providing services in their native language. All the doctors of the Near East University Hospital speak English. For the foreign patients Russian-, Arabic-, French- and German-speaking translators can be provided. Other languages are available on request. The Center also organizes tours and social activities within the country. Guests are provided with a local GSM-card.
Patients coming from abroad, as a rule, receive the following treatment: hair transplantation, obesity treatment, IVF, oncology, cardiology, orthopedics, eye and plastic surgery.
The Medical Center of the Near East University offers its guests a lot of interesting and profitable programs for complex organism check (Check-up). For example, check-up for men 40 years old and younger will cost about $450, for women – $500. Men after 40 years old will have to pay $500, women – $650. Children from two to seventeen years old can be tested for $450. Regardless of gender and age, the Center's staff will do their best to ensure that patients return home healthy and happy.
The price of the package is given for one person. The package price includes accommodation in the hotel for 2 days, lunch at the hospital, translation services, GSM card, transfer (airport-hotel and back, hotel-hospital and back). Payment is made on site. Accommodation above the stipulated in the package is paid separately. All procedures and doctor visits are made by appointment. All procedures above the selected package are available at an additional payment.
